Terms of Service

Samsagram provides subscription billing, member onboarding, and automated access management for private Telegram channels. Samsagram is a membership and payment infrastructure provider.

• Is not a publisher, broadcaster, or editor of any Creator's channel or its content.
• Does not create, review, endorse, moderate, or control the messages, files, links, or other material ("Channel Content") that Creators or their channel members post, share, or distribute.
• Does not monitor private channels and has no visibility into Channel Content beyond what is necessary to operate billing and membership functions.

Creators are solely responsible for their channels and all Channel Content. Any relationship, dispute, or transaction concerning Channel Content is strictly between the Creator and their Subscribers, not with Samsagram.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Samsagram.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate account, billing, and channel information and keep it up to date.

Samsagram does not support, permit, or knowingly provide services to any platform, channel, Creator, or User engaged in illegal activity. This is an absolute condition of using Samsagram, not a negotiable term. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you may not use Samsagram, and may not use a channel monetized through Samsagram, to sell, distribute, promote, or facilitate:

• Content or services that are illegal under the laws of your jurisdiction, the jurisdiction of your Subscribers, or applicable international law
• Child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualizes or endangers minors
• Stolen, counterfeit, or pirated goods, software, or intellectual property
• Unlicensed or illegal financial services, including unregistered securities offerings, market manipulation ("pump and dump") schemes, or fraudulent investment or trading "signals"
• Illegal drugs, weapons, or other regulated or contraband goods
• Malware, hacking tools, stolen data, or unauthorized access to computer systems
• Terrorism, violent extremism, or content that incites violence
• Human trafficking, exploitation, or non-consensual content of any kind
• Scams, phishing, or other schemes intended to defraud Subscribers or third parties
• Any other activity that violates applicable law, Telegram's own Terms of Service, or the terms of Samsagram's payment processing partners

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Subscribers authorize Samsagram to charge their chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan they select, until canceled.
• Creators receive payouts of collected subscription revenue, less Samsagram's fees, on the schedule described in the Platform's payout policy.
• Samsagram may withhold, reverse, or delay a payout where it reasonably suspects fraud, a Terms violation, or a chargeback risk.
• Refunds are handled according to Samsagram's refund policy, except where a refund is required because a Channel Content violation under Section 3 caused the transaction to be void.

Samsagram may suspend or terminate any account, channel, or transaction, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes:

• These Terms have been violated, particularly Section 3
• The account poses a legal, financial, fraud, or security risk to Samsagram, its Users, or third parties
• Continued service would violate the terms of Samsagram's payment processors, banking partners, or applicable law

Samsagram may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Continued use of Samsagram after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
