What are you trying to do?

Open Dashboard → Channels → Add channel, then paste your channel's invite link. Samsagram uses this only to verify ownership — your bot still handles all membership actions.

The bot needs 'Add members', 'Ban users', and 'Invite via link' permissions to manage your subscriber list. Nothing else — Samsagram never needs permission to post or delete messages.

Give the plan a name, price, and billing interval (weekly, monthly, or yearly). You can run unlimited plans per channel, so a lower-priced 'starter' tier and a higher 'VIP' tier can share one channel.

Samsagram accepts card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Telegram Stars, settling in USD, EUR, or GBP. Subscribers see the checkout in their own local currency automatically.

Payouts run every Monday for balances over $20, straight to your linked bank account or card. Anything below that threshold simply rolls into the following week — no action needed.

When a renewal fails, Samsagram retries 3 times over 5 days and messages the subscriber directly through the bot. If every retry fails, access is paused, not deleted — they keep their history if they return.

Dashboard → Automation → Welcome message. Use {name} and {plan} to personalize it — this is the first thing a new subscriber sees right after checkout, before their invite link arrives.

Enabled by default. The bot checks subscription status every hour and removes access within minutes of expiry, sending a re-subscribe link so lapsed members can rejoin in one tap.

Trials and codes live under the plan editor. A 7-day free trial with a card on file converts noticeably better than a no-card trial, if you're deciding which to run.

Every subscriber's plan, renewal date, and payment history lives on one screen. You can filter by plan, search by username, or export the whole list as a CSV.

Open a subscriber's profile and choose Cancel or Refund. A refund reverses the charge and removes access immediately; a cancel simply stops the next renewal, so they keep access until the period ends.

This almost always means the bot's admin rights were changed. Recheck that 'Ban users' is still enabled in your channel's admin list — Telegram sometimes resets custom permissions after an ownership transfer.

Ask them to open a DM with your bot and tap Start — Telegram invite links only work for accounts that have started a conversation with the bot first. Their access unlocks the moment they do.
